Basci Handling

Practice One

The goalkeepers stand behind each other. The first goalkeeper rolls the ball to the server who side foots it back for the goalkeeper to save; that goalkeeper then goes to the back of the queue and the next goalkeeper comes forward to save. The service can be the side footed, thrown (for a diving save) or volleyed.

Practice Two

The server volleys the ball while the goalkeeper is moving forward. The goalkeeper must stop and adopt the starting position in order to make the save.
